I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email. We'll send you a reset link — check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes. If you signed up with Google or Facebook, just use that button to sign in; there's no separate password.

What happens if I miss a day?

Your current streak for that party resets, but your history, total days, and achievements are kept. Get back on tomorrow — the calendar remembers everything you've done.

Who can see my check-in photos?

Only members of the streak you posted them in. See our Privacy Policy for full details on content visibility.

How do I leave a streak?

Open the streak, then choose Leave streak from its menu. If you created the streak, you can delete it entirely, which removes it for all members.

Delete your account

In the app: open the Profile tab, scroll to the Account section, and tap Delete account, then confirm twice. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Deleting your account removes your profile, streak memberships, check-in history, uploaded photos, messages, friend connections, and achievements, and signs you out of all devices. This cannot be undone.

If you can no longer access the app, you can request deletion by emailing support@streakparty.com from the email address on the account with the subject "Account deletion request". We will verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on our normal backup rotation schedule after deletion.
